Month long goals

So this is weird because I recognize we’re not at the beginning of a month but I still want to set weekly goals for the next month.

Week 1: July 17-23

  • Drink a litre of water a day
  • Complete 3 days of bootcamp and 1 day of HIIT
  • Only buy food on one day

Week 2: July 24-30

  • Drink 1.5 litres of water a day
  • Complete 3 days of bootcamp and 2 days of HIIT
  • Don’t buy any food

Week 3: July 31-August 6

  • Drink 2 litres of water a day
  • Complete 3 days of bootcamp and 3 days of HIIT
  • Walk at least 10,000 steps a day

Week 4: August 7-13

  • Drink 2.5 litres of water a day
  • Keep carbs to less than 30g a day
  • Weigh in at hopefully 230lbs

Bust: 42 inches       -6 inches

Chest: 35 inches     -7 inches

Waist: 32 inches          -7 inches

Hips: 37 inches         -10 inches

Thigh: 23 inches          -4 inches

Calves: 16 inches        -2 inches

Upper Arm: 11 inches        -3 inches

Forearm: 10 inches          -1 inch

Neck: 15 inches            -1 inch

Welcome!

Hi,

My name is Natasha and welcome to my blog. I’m a kinesiology student at Acadia University. Kine is not what made me first interested in fitness but it’s definitely taught me more about my own body.

I competitively swam for most of my life, and that was my main source of physical activity. Practices nine time a week with a mix of being in the pool and doing dryland exercises kept me fit and I never had to think about what I was going to do. Once I was out of high school I stopped swimming and stopped doing any real consistent physical activity.

This summer I have decided that I’m fed up with my own eating habits and my being out of shape and that I need to take back my own body.

By starting this blog I hope to share some of my journey and progress with you guys and be able to look back at my progress!
