My name is Natasha and welcome to my blog. I’m a kinesiology student at Acadia University. Kine is not what made me first interested in fitness but it’s definitely taught me more about my own body.
I competitively swam for most of my life, and that was my main source of physical activity. Practices nine time a week with a mix of being in the pool and doing dryland exercises kept me fit and I never had to think about what I was going to do. Once I was out of high school I stopped swimming and stopped doing any real consistent physical activity.
This summer I have decided that I’m fed up with my own eating habits and my being out of shape and that I need to take back my own body.
By starting this blog I hope to share some of my journey and progress with you guys and be able to look back at my progress!
